Their team, including members like Bhavna and Shilpa, has been instrumental in getting the desired set of resources efficiently. Pricing has been reasonable, especially given our short-term, six to nine-month project needs, and the team has consistently delivered a decent number of resources. I've recommended BeGig to other organizations and DTC founders because of my positive experience, and they too have onboarded engineers from BeGig, reporting satisfaction. The system is reliable, with no issues encountered, such as fake profiles or commitments, and all engineers have met the hard requirement of coming to the office every day. BeGig stands out because they closely follow up with their resources, offering a more personalized experience through direct communication channels like WhatsApp. This has helped us address and resolve any issues promptly. The company's expertise and deliverables are commendable, with a diligent HR team that pre-screens profiles and continuously follows up with both resources and us, incorporating feedback to improve organizational caliber. BeGig's quick responsiveness, instant resource replacement, and proactive provision of additional resources have encouraged us to expand our partnership and advocate for them to others. I appreciate the implementation of our app and website facilitated by BeGig, which has further solidified my confidence in their services.
