Lack of self-service for the MSP to make configuration changes without Beeline assistance. Beeline is a great tool for a standard MSP (internal or external program). I think there are a lot of features and functionality that make it an intuitive user-friendly platform. We have struggled with Beeline integrations into other tools and systems. It's essential that all of our systems talk to each other, and we currently experience many issues in this space. Additionally, we find challenges when it comes to making changes in the tool. Our requests cannot always be accommodated, leaving us in a tough position with our internal customers. The user interface for Hiring Managers is user-friendly. Entering requests is a straightforward process. Our managers caught on very quickly and were able to naviagate the system easily.
