As a Linux user, I’ve tried almost every SQL client out there, and Beekeeper Studio really stands out for how polished it feels. It’s extremely responsive and manages multiple connections across different engines (SQL Server, Postgres, SQLite) without any friction. The UI is modern, clean, and easy to navigate. I also appreciate how well it fits into the Linux ecosystem: I install it via AUR, and it simply works—straightforward interface, smooth setup, and no issues so far. The only thing I can say here is that they remind you to periodically upgrade to their newest version, which is not negative and perfectly normal behavior for any software. However, as someone who is typically apprehensive about upgrading to the latest version of anything, I was more aware of these generally timed gentle reminders to upgrade. Beekeeepr is very user friendly tool. I used other tools like dbeaver, but when compared to dbeaver, beekeeper is best option. Setting the database is very simple with minimun steps.
