What do you like best about Beehive AI?

Beehive's ability to integrate with our survey platform has allowed us to seamlessly export tens of thousands of rich open response data, turning them into actionable insights in a matter of hours rather than weeks. What do you dislike about Beehive AI?

What problems is Beehive AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now turning qualitative data into actional insights quickly, allowing us to address customer needs/wants in a more timely fashion. Furthermore, historically we have struggled to reach sufficient sample sizes for certain audiences, Beehive's methodology for recruiting participants has allowed us to overcome that obstacle. What do you like best about Beehive AI?

Beehive.ai made it easier to analyze our qualitative data by automatically tagging the information, analyzing it, surfacing trends, and more. It also combined our qualitative and quantitative data to get more complete insights into the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beehive AI?

No complaints. There are a few implementations that I have suggested to further improve the tool that were considered and later implemented, such as the ability to bookmark specific answers to collect quotes or easily identify interesting responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Beehive AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the capacity of an international researcher, Beehive.ai was the tool that allowed the team to analyze translated qualitative data from multiple countries. The tagging of the data is where the AI shines because it is not based on translated keywords but on "understanding" the qualitative data from open-ended answers.
