I love that beehiiv's monetization feature is so easy to use. I also like that we are matched with ads rather than having to find them ourselves, and the ads we receive are usually a good match for our business. It's easy to add them to newsletters. We had issues where all of the emails were getting rejected, and were advised to create a tag, add emails to that tag, then create a segment condition based on that tag. We couldn't move our Flodesk templates in, so I had to recreate them. Uploading the segments was difficult. I really like how user-friendly beehiiv is, making it easy for anyone to write a newsletter and have it look professional. Their support team is also very active and responsive, quickly addressing any issues through platforms like Slack, Twitter, and traditional support channels like email and ticketing systems. The AI features are impressive too, as they allow me to build an entire website or make design updates in the newsletter with just a single prompt. I was most impressed by how quick it was to put together the first edition of my newsletter, literally within just a few minutes. I use beehiiv daily for communicating with my local audience, and it has allowed me to build an entire newsletter ecosystem business.
