Beefree is a extremely simple to use. I'm in it almost every day and I can honestly say I have been able to get so much more accomplished with this tool. Though there are many templates included in a BeeFree membership, I find most of them are too specific to be of any use to me. Others may disagree, but I've really spent the vast majority of time working from a blank template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to rapidly create highly compliant html and great looking emails very quickly, with templating/library that can be shared across the team. Also independence from email service provider lock-in and shortcomings (far too many over the years), plus great support for rare problems and help, along with the culture of continuous but not overstretch improvement, and sensible/reasonable pricing. Not perfect (but then email code is very tricky for something ostensibly so simple) but by far the best option I know. We use multiple times a week. Setup is a cinch. Surprisingly few dislikes, partly because things have been steadily improved and enhanced over four years as a client. I would really like more responsiveness/adaptability for mobile, plus enhancement to the library and saved components (to better support rollback and archiving), and a bit more selective control over application of UTM to URLs, but these latter points are very much in the nice-to-have list. Overall, a v happy user/customer, with Beefree massively better than previous solutions. Across hundreds if not thousands of email, the platform has only glitched a handful of times (and only once or twice seriously) and that may have been my connection. I've been a loyal user of BEE for the past four years and I have migrated our entire company to use the tool. Previously either very few people could build emails or the email builders in EMS tools were too complicated. We needed to switch from another email creation software and during our search, Beefree checked off everything on our list. I don't even need support for implementation or integrations. I LOVE the fact that you can personalize and build your emails to function properly on both desktop and mobile, plus their tool makes the mobile version actually look good. It takes a long time for support to respond to submitted tickets. I think they may be overseas so when they do email back and you replay, you usually have to wait 24 hours to get a response.
