On the mobile formatting, we hear you. The mobile view in the builder renders at 320px, which can appear narrower than some devices. If you haven't already, Mobile design mode (https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020851740-Mobile-design-mode) walks through the options available to optimize your design for mobile directly in the builder. It's also worth knowing you can use the QR code on the design details page to open your email directly on your phone, which might save you a few rounds of testing. What do you like best about RGE Studio?

Something I truly appreciate about Beefree is how accessible the features are. I had a bit of webpage/email layout building experience prior to my current position, but I always found other sites to be difficult to integrate into other sites or CRMs as well as them having a higher learning curve that I found frustrating. However, with Beefree, it's very easy to use and learn how to create quickly while creating professional, elegant designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

Sometimes I find the rows to be a bit too rigid and I can't quite create the design I am going for that would include some objects being placed a little more off center. Additionally, I don't like that I can't manipulate the image size in a row or crop it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While there are some limitations, here are a couple of tips that might help in the meantime:

- Row flexibility: adjusting padding can sometimes make it easier to move images or text blocks within a design.

- Image cropping: under Apply Effect & Filters, you will find a crop option that lets you refine images directly in the editor.

What do you like best about RGE Studio?

I find Beefree incredibly valuable for designing emails compatible with Gmail and Outlook. I love how easy and straightforward it is to build emails without needing to code, ensuring my designs work seamlessly across all platforms. The builder is particularly easy to use, which enhances my workflow significantly. I also appreciate the new checkers feature, which is a fantastic tool for ensuring my email's colors are correct and that images aren’t too heavy, maintaining a professional look while optimizing performance. The collaboration tools are another highlight, making team collaboration smoother and more efficient. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy, and I enjoy the seamless integration when using it alongside other tools. On image limits and additional charges, we understand that CDN usage and billing can raise questions. A few things can affect CDN traffic, including original image file size, the image editing software used, the balance between quality and file size, uploaded videos, GIFs or animations, bulk sending, and high open rates. Traffic is generated after sending, based on when recipients open the email.

What do you like best about RGE Studio?

What we like best about Beefree is how incredibly easy it is to design professional-looking emails through its drag-and-drop editor. You don’t need any coding skills, yet you can quickly create visually appealing layouts that look great across devices. We especially appreciate the ability to export the final result as clean HTML code, which makes it very convenient to integrate the emails into our own sending tools and automation workflows. It really speeds up the whole content creation process and keeps our team independent from developers for email design. We use it every week for our newsletters. What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

What we like the least is that access to the Beefree APIs requires a relatively expensive subscription plan. For teams like ours that would prefer to automatically retrieve the email content without any manual export or copy-paste step, the API access would be very useful — but it’s unfortunately locked behind a higher-tier plan. "Beefree Streamlines Email Creation, Prepare to be Overwhelmed by the Many Templates Available"

What do you like best about RGE Studio?

We facilitate the weekly creation of emails for the eight businesses with which we collaborate. We evaluated Adobe's comparable service; however, its interface is considerably more complex, and our artists have indicated that it requires twice the duration to produce the same email. The extensive range of templates available in Beefree for customization is nearly overwhelming, and frankly, selecting a template from the numerous options often consumes twice as much time as modifying it and preparing it for dispatch. Once completed, we simply transfer the HTML code to our emailing platform. The interface is easy to use and so intuitive we have never even had to use their customer service for direction.
