When our organization moved to Salesforce, I needed a design companion that could help us create beautiful emails inside that ecosystem. If you've spent any time in Salesforce, you know navigating it can feel like being blindfolded and pushed into a Costco and asked to find the nutmeg. We're now producing some of the most beautiful, responsive emails we've ever sent — and pushing them into Salesforce. It's one of those tools that just works, and that's rarer than it should be. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** Honestly? It’s hard to find something to dislike. The tool is intuitive, the output is beautiful, and it just works. If I’m reaching for a gripe, it’s this: I’d love to see RGE Studios bring the same design magic they’ve applied to email into a forms creation tool. They’ve clearly cracked the code on making complex things feel simple — I’d hand them my form-building headaches in a heartbeat. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** RGE Studios solves a very real problem for Salesforce users who need to send beautiful marketing and client emails without losing their minds in the process. The drag-and-drop design experience is genuinely excellent — responsive emails that look polished and professional, pushed cleanly into Salesforce. But what sets it apart for me is the ability to get under the hood when you need to. I know just enough HTML to be dangerous, and even at that level, being able to tweak the code slightly is huge. For someone with stronger dev chops, I imagine this tool is an absolute playground. Compared to something like Mailchimp — which I’ve used and genuinely like — BEE Free gives you a level of control and Salesforce integration that just isn’t there otherwise. Both are solid tools. We have had no compatibility issues with users engaging with the content so the performance has been wonderful compared to other platforms. We are a Not For Profit so the option to get a discount on cost has been a great help in getting started with the platform and demonstrating its ease of use and integration with our existing resources. Easy Drag-and-Drop Email Builder That Plays Nicely with Outlook **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026 **What do you like best about RGE Studio?** It's easy to create new emails and templates that can be used to make quick emails. The drag-and-drop UI is perfect. It takes some learning (difference between content block and row, etc.), but it is worth that initial time investment to save yourself time later. It integrates well with Outlook. I save an OTF, open it up, and send. All the formatting is preserved and it looks great when people open it. It performs well. The only performance issues I've encountered are it occasionally gives me a "sad computer face" when I'm working with large emails. That's not very common. The save status at the top is helpful. It is worth the price. Not even a consideration. I get so much use out of it, I will defend it in any budget discussion. Nobody involved thinks the price is unacceptable. Support is a little sketchy. I wouldn't know who at RGE I could go directlyto for assistance. The AI help bot is solid. I ask it questions regularly to learn new things and improve my emails. It rarely leads me astray. Sometimes the AI bot takes a circuitous route to get me the answer I need. But most of the time it is straightforward. AI bots are always a gamble. But I have no issues asking the RGE AI bot for tips. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** There are all these gorgeous email templates in RGE. But there is no simple way to take them and start using them. It took me a while to learn that in order to use one of the templates, I need to download the HTML to my computer, then upload the HTML back into RGE to use it. Why can't I send it directly from the template library to RGE Studio? This extra step has stopped me from trying new templates a few times. And why can I only upload 4 HTML email templates per month? I can't figure out why RGE places such a high value on templates. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I started my job, we were using Outlook templates that were years old and built with tables. They were very difficult to work with. What I heard from management was, "Why not just use the old templates for all our emails? We know how to use them. Why change?" Once I showed management what the RGE Studio can do for making our emails look super sharp, there were no complaints about paying for it. The formatting is easy. It would be really helpful if I could review the links used in the project and get notified about other possible optimizations before finalizing or sending. I’d also appreciate additional options beyond simply previewing layouts when designing for dark and light screens. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to quickly generate campaigns that can be easily ported to our email service for distribution helps us move projects along faster for clients, while also supporting more advanced designs. It allows for a much greater range of creativity and customization that we otherwise would not be afforded. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** The only downside I can think of is that occasionally I will have to reload the page when linking images from external sources. We are able to copy and paste the HTML directly into the client. It's really only gotten better since I started using it about 2yrs ago when it was BeeFree. As a nonprofit having a free platform for us to build aesthetic emails is so important and the integration with RGE into Pardot is seamless. It sends emails immediately to Pardot and I'm able to make any edits in RGE and have it update the template in Pardot.
