"Beebole is easy to use and allow me to save time in the frame of my administrative tasks"

What do you like best about Beebole?

The "all-in-one" is the best : adding new clients, new projects on one side, the timesheet on the other side and the reports at the bottom.

Compare to competitors (as far as I remember), the design is also more "attractive" and not boring for an administrative tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

Maybe this is because I have not investigated the "point", but all activity lines (past and current) appear on the screen. That means that projects with no charged hours during the current week are still appearing on the current-week list of activity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you Teddy! We're glad to hear that the tool is saving you time on administrative tasks; that's our goal. Regarding the activity lines, previously used projects/activities will appear in the timesheet to make it easier to track time on commonly recurring tasks. However, you can remove any unwanted lines by clicking the "X" icon on the right side of the row. Reach out to us via the chat if you have any questions about this.

"Great timekeeping tool for agencies"

What do you like best about Beebole?

When used in an agency setting, we have been able to break out time by clients, projects, meetings and specific buckets to learn more about how we serve clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

I would like if there was an easier way to toggle the sticky notes to always show without having to click on the icon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Userfriendly interface for daily registration of allocated time when working with a variety of projects/customers

- Drill-down interactive reports to get the answers you need

"Makes timesheets as user friendly as possible"

What do you like best about Beebole?

Highly customisable to your company set-up, especially with multiple projects and the reports it can generate are very useful. As architects, we have set-up ours to align with RIBA stages of work and then specific tasks within, which can be reported against each project. Timesheets are never anyone's favorite task, at least beebole takes most of the pain out of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

There are a few gremlins with the interface, selecting date ranges for reports is awkward, or current week jumping about when going between users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cannot set up standard views for all users - there is soo much open which can make it hard for standard users to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
