"Comprehensive including DCAA compliance but not too complicated"

What do you like best about Beebole?

My company needs a timekeeping system that is DCAA compliant and we looked at a few alternatives. Beebole integrates easily into our GOOGLE WORKPLACE and it looks professional and of course, it is DCAA compliant. As we started to get more familiar with the application, we realized there are a lot of things we didn't NEED at first, but now we can't live without them (e.g. an easy to use API). What do you dislike about Beebole?

I just said it's easy to use, and it is...as far as the straightforward enter-your-timecard functions. But there are more complicated (yet useful) features that aren't as intuitive, like creating groups and the different levels of priveldges that you assume as either a person, project, etc. It would be nice to have some of those feature explained as I'm using it (I recognize I can attend a class and/or reach out to the help desk). But usually when I'm grinding away, I try to figure it out for myself. Having those pop-up bubbles would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wow, thank you John! We really appreciate your review and support. We continue to work to make the app as straightforward and intuitive as possible. Part of that was the recent overhaul of our help documentation, and we are in the process of completely redesigning the user interface. What do you like best about Beebole?

It's a simple tool and easy to use.

The navigation is easy to explain to other users as well.

It can be customized basis your requirements, it's flexible.

The help desk team is also very prompt in getting back with solutions.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

It's predominantly a time-tracking tool. We use the tool for a specific purpose and haven't explored what else can be done. It has the potential to be a powerful project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An extremely user friendly, efficient timesheet system"

What do you like best about Beebole?

The user interface is very simple, training of new employees can be done very quickly, and there are no user complaints about the product. We've been using BeeBole for many years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

The functions in BeeBole all work perfectly. One feature we'd like to see implemented in the future is the ability to plan and assign working hours to employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and simple"

What do you like best about Beebole?

BeeBole is a very simple to setup and we got a good user adoption. It is fairly easy to understand how the product is working and facilitate the product implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

Lack of scalability, poor UI (it looks very old), difficult to manage post go-live, lack of visibility on where the software editor wants to do evolution on the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very flexible software for keeping track of time spent on each project"

What do you like best about Beebole?

Everything is saved automatically. I can easily export data to Google Sheets. It is very easy to add new companies, projects, subprojects. It is easy to manage what options are available for each group of team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Beebole?

It is so very easy to use, all our users jump right in and can use it without instructions. Reports are really easy to run, and can be changed to show what we need to see. The team are amazing when you contact them for help, always quick to respond and give you the asnwers needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

Although not a major issue it would be good to have multi-level approvals. And again, not a major issue but perhaps more control over locking individual time entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Beebole?

I love how many ways there are to customize your experience! There are so many different modules you can use, and I appreciate the level of detail you can add to different projects, like subprojects, tasks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
