It is very user-friendly and easy to use. Makes tracking the jobs easy and haven't had any complaints from the staff. Also their customer service is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cannot set up standard views for all users - there is soo much open which can make it hard for standard users to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI saves all typed info directly, but sometimes this feels counterintuitive. Having a SAVE button would make the UI feel more familiar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of integration with tier (airtable, coda, notion, chrome plugin)

Lack of automatic alerting linked to budget.
