What do you dislike about Beebole?

Minor flaws:

It seems impossible to have a direct connection to extract owned data with an automatic task / ETL (to integrate Beebole data with data from other applications), so it's not easy to directly integrate it with other tools, but we can do only passing throug a "data backup" or GoogleSheet Extension

Some troubles using the "budget" feature, sone confusion between "cost" budget and "income" budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Beebole solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recording time and human-resources costs per internal/external projects (expenses excluded), preview of billable prices (to be integrated with data from other tools).

Rather good reporting features also via GoogleSheets extensions, I'm just sorry we cannot extract data into our datawarehouse system.

"Beebole works great for us, and customer service is exceptional"

What do you like best about Beebole?

We track time worked on projects, and also track time on non-billable projects. Beebole is easy for everyone to use. I don't get complaints, and some new staff express how easy it is to use compared to what was used at the previous company. I generate several different reports to look at timesheet data and easily export reports to Excel. What I most appreciate though is how thorough their support team has been when I seek answers to questions or attempt something that makes sense to me but I can't find a way to do it. They have been awesome, which is a compliment I won't make for most companies, especially post in the past 3 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

I have attempted to set up the budgeting capability in Beebole. For us, it is insufficient for the way staff track budgets on projects. Some projects have contractors and others extend for a year or several more, with rate changes and even budgetary changes along the way. We let go of attempting to use Beebole for this purpose. What problems is Beebole solving and how is that benefiting you?

All but one staff bill clients for their services. I do the invoicing and payroll for their work. Beebole is essential in these processes. I didn't set it up initiallly and when I took on these tasks I was able to quickly learn Beebole and adapt it further to the tasks I perform. "Simple Software with great Customer Service"

What do you like best about Beebole?

It's easy to use and train with. It's great for mobile and desktop. The customer service is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

1.The exported reports have a bunch of data columns I don't need so I have to delete them every month.

2. If you're not in the right view (admin vs user) you don't see the other items you need. \

3. It is clunky and not handy to have to drag and drop each feature from the top to the main screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you Nadeen for your positive review! Regarding reports, you can indeed personalize the data exports so that they only include the desired columns. You can also create default custom user screens based on roles, rather than dragging and dropping modules individually as you mentioned. I'm not quite sure what you mean by the "right view (admin vs user)", as there are not multiple "views" per user. Each user is assigned a role (such as employee, admin, project manager, etc.) and given the corresponding customizable permissions for said role. What do you like best about Beebole?

It is very flexible and once you get the way it has been set up in different modules, also quite intuitive.

It is very easy to use, newcomers can start using it after a couple of minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well there are a couple of features missing, like assignment planning for consultants. I think they are working on it but it is probably quite challenging. For this reason we do assignment planning in .... xls which created extra data entry, misalignments and finally makes it hard to compare planning to actual resource allocation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Beebole?

The most valuable part of Beebole is its customer support. They are quick to respond and easy to deal with. They are readily available and very knowledgeable. The app is very simple and user-friendly. Our users like the fact it is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beebole?

Some of the reporting features could be better enhanced so we don't have to do them manually. There also would be a better way to hide some of the info better so we can input salary and pull the report directly in bee bole instead of having to extract the data and then create the information externally to keep sensitive data hidden.
