The system has performed extremely well for our needs, and any questions or small issues that have come up were quickly addressed by their support team. We often have sales reps or customers who encounter issues (many are user error) but it would be convenient to see where exactly they are in the application process to better assist them. The customer service has been excellent. Bectran has been very willing to work with us to tailor the application, so it fits our credit process. Additionally, they have been able to help streamline our process and improve our response time by providing one platform to gather and review consistent credit information. Not all change requests can be made because of the "first page" controls, which can result in unwanted terminology remaining in place. The reports also feel canned and don’t offer enough flexibility. Before implementing Bectran, collecting applications, financial statements, trade and bank references, and third-party data was a manual process involving emails, paper forms, and multiple follow-ups to obtain missing information. This created delays in credit decisions. The Bectran platform centralizes the entire process and creates efficiency through automation and workflow. I have to advance page to get to oldest page of requests. The other documents section is limited to 33 pages I believe.
