beautydesk is an online management software for beauty centers and beauticians in Italy, designed by a working beautician. The calendar shows staff and treatment rooms at a glance; the client record keeps history, notes, health questionnaire, documents and consents; WhatsApp appointment reminders are pre-written and sent with one tap, with no per-message cost. Checkout, gift vouchers and staff shifts are included in the Base plan; Pro adds treatment packages (also in instalments), statistics, stock management and personal logins for staff. Works on computer, tablet and phone, with data on servers in Europe and a nightly backup. Interface in Italian.
