It would be easier if you could see a history of what you have exported yourself on the tool rather than having to create collections to keep track. collections also automatically add companies matching your criteria if you are not careful and disable that. So its easy to make a tracking collection and then have it lost with a bunch of new companies. Also tagging companies manually to let other colleagues know is quite manual. The ability to build out collections, groups of companies that meet certain conditions, with support from an account management team sets BH apart from other competitors. The AM team have a wealth of knoweldge that extends beyond the BH platform itself and genuinely add value to the conversation and challenge your sales and marketing operations. This is aften down to a lack of data regarding account fillings and so forth.
