It would be easier if you could see a history of what you have exported yourself on the tool rather than having to create collections to keep track. collections also automatically add companies matching your criteria if you are not careful and disable that. So its easy to make a tracking collection and then have it lost with a bunch of new companies. Also tagging companies manually to let other colleagues know is quite manual.
