"Effective Security Awareness & Phish Testing Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

Beauceron Security has made it easy for us to provide security awareness training and realistic phishing simulations to our employees. We love the immediate feedback on reported emails, which turns phishing attempts into tangible learning opportunities. The Analyst add-on is especially valuable, allowing us to proactively prevent incidents by quickly removing suspicious emails from all employees’ inboxes. Overall, the platform is intuitive, gives us visibility into employee progress, highlights where to focus additional attention, and saves our small team considerable time through automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

Our experience has been positive. If anything, we would like to see continued expansion of the training library and customization options. However, these have not been blockers, and our Customer Success Manager has always been very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, customizable, and effective—Beauceron makes security training simple for admins"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

intuitive, and offers the right level of customization for our needs. Managing campaigns and tracking results doesn’t feel like a chore, and the insights are presented in a way that makes sense at both the technical and leadership level. It’s not just a tool—it’s a straightforward way to keep employees engaged and educated on security, while giving admins confidence that the program is running smoothly.

The sessions with our customer success manager are a real highlight. They’re not only instructive but genuinely fun, giving me a chance to explore the platform in depth and identify areas for improvement. These check-ins help keep the tool fresh in my mind and ensure we’re getting the most value out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

If there’s one area that could use improvement, it’s the training library. While it covers the essentials well, some of the content feels a bit dated and repetitive. A refresh with newer scenarios, more varied formats, and up-to-date examples would make the platform even more engaging for employees and keep the training feeling fresh. "Intuitive Platform with Engaging Features and Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

The portal for end users is easy to navigate, and logically laid out. The gamification of Risk and Engagement scores helps to keep users interested in using the platform long term. Their training library, while not expansive, contains excellent content. The Analyst tool is easy to use and definitely helps to speed up triaging reported suspicious emails. They listen to user feedback, and take feature requests seriously, many of my suggestions have made it into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

The content library is not as expansive as other competitors [though the content is excellent], automatically created divisions for managers would make reporting easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Always Up-to-Date Security Training and Phishing Templates"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

They are constantly publishing new security training and phishing email templates to keep their users ahead of the latest security threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

If I had one complaint it would be that the security score drops too sharply if you haven't completed any training for a while. I feel like the top users are now almost always those who have happened to complete training most recently and that isn't as useful as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review of Beauceron Security"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

We've been using Beauceron for a couple of years now and continue to be pleased with the platform. The phishing campaigns combined with the ability to assign specified security awareness courses to our users are essential for increasing our company's security posture.

Beauceron allows for a lot of customization (ability to create our own courses, modify/create phishing templates) which is an added plus.

Implementation and setup of the platform is very straightforward.

Customer support is also outstanding; any time we've had questions, support replies in a very quick and helpful fashion. We also have check-in calls with the Beauceron team to go over any new features that have been released/are soon to be released, and to go over any questions and/or suggestions we may have.

Beauceron has been an excellent addition to our cybersecurity framework, and we look forward to what else will be introduced within the platform in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

We don't really have any concerns or dislikes about the platform. It does everything we've needed it to do up to this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful and Engaging Security Awareness Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

Beauceron has been instrumental in shifting our company's security culture from one of compliance to one of genuine engagement. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and its focus on positive reinforcement makes learning about security less of a chore and more of an empowering experience for our entire team. The customer support is also top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

While the core features are robust, I would like to see more granular customization options for the training modules. Occasionally, we want to tailor content more specifically to a certain department's unique risks, which can require a bit of a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to adopt and great value for security awareness"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

Beauceron is very easy to roll out. It provides effective, easy to consume security awareness. The phishing simulations are effective and actionable. Very easy to integrate with Google Workspaces. The support experience is great. We've gotten detailed assistance implementing customized phishing. Our users regularly log in and are on top of the training modules. I use it almost daily to check on metrics and intervene where necessary to help users struggling with security topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

Some of the phishing simulations are a bit too obvious. I would like if there was more intelligent targeting of simulations based on the technology we use to make them harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
