Beatplan is a field sales and fleet management app sold as a one-time licence with the full source code. It has run a real distributor's field team every working day since November 2025. Field reps get a day plan of dealer and customer visits, GPS-verified check-ins with photos and notes, collections recorded against monthly targets, and dealer orders that flow through review, dispatch and payment. Company cars are tracked with odometer readings, inspections and expense sheets, and directors see every region and rep against target with alerts for slipping dealers. Roles cover field rep, team lead, admin, director, accounts and logistics. Built with Expo / React Native for iPhone, Android and the web, on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security and offline queueing. Buyers set it up themselves with their own ChatGPT, Claude or Codex using the included setup guide, usually the same day. Licences: Standard $2,900, Commercial $4,900, Agency $12,900, with no per-user fees.
