All the features are good. The dashboard is unique. Generating reports cannot get easier.

However, the auto refresh option could have been better. Especially when I try to change the source or profile tags to multiple profiles by using select option, the page does not get refreshed automatically. Beamery is a perfect place to track your candidates, tag them, put them into a pool, and have them ready for the new role that could be discussed. If you are smart and organize your pools and tags the right way, it is very easy to pull up a list of candidates fitting your new opening in the future.

It is very easy to navigate through Beamery, upload a candidate, and assign them to the right place in the system. You could as well higher your HM involvement by having them comment on candidate profiles (and having everything nicely tracked in one place). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to be very careful with how you setup your process to make sure you follow GDPR regulations and delete non-consented candidates.

You have to make sure that recruiters/sourcers are fully filling candidate profiles, otherwise, you only have a bunch of names that are not going to help you in your future hirings.

There are as well quite regular bugs in the system that appear, however, Beamery is responding to them in a timely manner and resolves them fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to create and run complex workflows that improves and enhances the candidate experience from before candidates become applicants all the way through to being an employees.

The ability to use tags and custom fields in order to segment pools even further and send the right information, to the right people, at the right time. And most importantly, avoid sending information to someone who doesn't want to receive it.

The ability to capture all engagement information through campaigns, activity and syncing of emails, as long as you ensure information is captured, all users have a clear vision of each candidates journey.

The new attachments column in the people grid is great! the ability to view a candidate CV straight from the filtered search instead of having to access the mini profile is a big enhancement that will have an impact on our recruiter engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regular system glitches and view of campaign/forms in the marketing module - it would be good to be able to search better and sort campaigns and at the moment there is no ability to sort or search forms.

It would also be nice to have a better marketing module in terms of the look and feel of pages and forms, we know this is in the offering for future though.
