The setup process was pretty easy. At the previous job I used our internal tool for release notes, but it was always a pain and required too much time. Every time I want to customise our notifications to suit our product requirements, I'm always able to do so thanks to deep customisation options, backed by having Intercom support available within the app. Additionally, the Intercom integration works perfectly for us, and keeps our customers engaged with new feature updates.
