The AI search bar makes everything much easier, and it also simplifies getting information from Beacon and transferring it into my Monday tables. If the app could run a little faster, that would be better, but as it is right now, it’s okay. So far, I haven’t needed support because the app itself explains very well how to use it. **What do you dislike about Beacon?** Nothing, for me right now works fine, it's very useful **What problems is Beacon solving and how is that benefiting you?** At work, it helps a lot with finding containers and the information about them, so organizing everything is much faster. ### 2. I can see where the vessel is on the water and when it will arrive at the port, which helps us plan for when it will arrive at our warehouse. It assists us in planning our schedule to unload containers at our warehouse and get them back to the port before the Last Free Day (LFD). Beacon is a much better tool than having everything on Excel sheets, and the initial setup went very smoothly with no issues. **What do you dislike about Beacon?** Nothing **What problems is Beacon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Beacon to track inbound containers, see vessel locations on water, and plan schedules to unload and return containers efficiently. It's easy to use and much better than Excel sheets for managing this process. ### 3.
