**What do you like best about JMS?**

Easy to get around and do what needs done. Anyone can be trained to uses it with ease.

**What do you dislike about JMS?**

Freezes up at times which can be frustrating when completing a booking.

**What problems is JMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes booking, jail logs, and incidents of inmates easy.
