Our municipality made the jump from traiditonal mail-in paper bidding to electronic bidding last year with the help of Beacon. With the help of their customer support, it was an easy transition. We have found the use of the soliciation suite to be very user friendly, and appreciate that they are constantly adding new features. Since the soliciation suite is still relatively new, we are hoping for some more advanced features in the future. Specifically, we are hoping for a more integrated online bidding form to move away from uploading/downloading this form. But no real complaints for the price point.
