**What do you like best about BookVisit?**

Their focus on developing countries is not good. There is room for improvement in that aspect. The UI/UX of BookVisit needs to be increased. Its one of the poor platforms for managing bookings and tasks all in one place.

**What do you dislike about BookVisit?**

Its user interface and inadequate customer support, make it difficult for users to navigate and swiftly resolve issues. There is a need to improve to provide a booking experience.

**What problems is BookVisit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BookVisit does not monitor the problem of managing all bookings in a user friendly manner. This does not save time and does not ensure that all bookings are well organized and monitored. With this tool, we are unable to modify our bookings as required, without any hassle.
