I think that is the comissions of the bank, but they have to charge something for their service. So I guess that's it. **What problems is BBVA Customer API solving and how is that benefiting you?** The majority of my clients what to pay online, and I didn't have that option, but now with online payments, I identify payments more quickly, and the commission is not high; with another bank, I paid more ### 2.
