What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?

BazaarVoice is always up to date on new features and analytics when social platforms make changes, like scheduling Reels and getting analytics on Reels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?

It is not always intuitive to use, there are more clicks required when I think it could be accomplished with less Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

BV acts as our social scheduling arm (Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram). We also use the analytics section, it's easy to understand. We also use it as our link in bio so that fans can shop the IG feed in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
