More than 4,000 companies and 250,000 employees run on Bayzat, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one connected, hyperlocalised system where nothing falls out of sync. Core HR keeps employee records, contracts and documents in one place, with automated expiry alerts for visa, Emirates ID, Iqama, passport and MOL numbers, org charts and configurable multi-level approval workflows. Onboarding and offboarding run on reusable task checklists. Payroll runs WPS-compliant cycles and generates SIF files for bank submission, calculating salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions and end-of-service gratuity in line with UAE and Saudi labour law and GOSI. Salaries are paid through Mudad, Lulu Exchange, SAB or bank transfer. Attendance and leave feed straight into payroll, so each run reconciles automatically. Bayzat Global Payroll pays international employees in 140+ currencies, with the live FX rate shown before approval. Time and attendance captures clock-ins by facial recognition and geofencing on the mobile app, or on-site biometric devices (ZKTeco, Suprema, Matrix and others), with shift scheduling for rota-based teams. Leave management handles multiple leave types, accrual rules, carry-over caps and encashment, with UAE and Saudi public-holiday calendars built in. In the UAE, Bayzat is a licensed insurance broker: it places and administers group health cover, keeps member lists accurate automatically, and lets employees view digital insurance cards, check network hospitals and submit claims by photo from the app. Benefits administration covers leave, allowances, wellness perks and end-of-service across the region. Bayzat Finance brings company spend onto the same platform: OCR receipt-capture expense claims reimbursed through payroll, accounts payable with AI invoice capture and cross-border payments, and, in the UAE, prepaid Mastercard corporate cards with per-employee limits. Bayzat Studio lets teams build their own apps, workflows, service desks and integrations on top of the platform, and Bayzat AI adds natural-language reporting, an HR Knowledge Hub chatbot and insights. Performance management runs review cycles, weighted goals, competency and outcome goal types, rating scales and 360 feedback, with employee engagement surveys including AI-generated questions. Everything connects through 90+ integrations, including Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Muqeem, Mudad and GOSI. Employees get it all in one easy-to-use, highly rated mobile app: payslips, leave, expense claims and their benefits. Bayzat is ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certified.
