What do you like best about bayreviews?

Targetbay is a relatively young company in the review space, and the advantages of that are that the dev team is very responsive and receptive to feedback. I don't think I've ever had an issue that was not resolved within 24 hrs, if not within the hour. The functionality is similar to the aforementioned Yotpo, to which Targetbay was a replacement on our Magento store. For those looking for alot of bells and whistles, they are still a ways out, but I am confident that this company will be sitting at the table with the big guys in no time. What do you dislike about bayreviews?

As early adopters, we encountered our share of bugs along the way - all of which have been resolved. But as with any startup there is a learning curve and we were in it together. That being said, the team at TB is very helpful and wanted nothing more than our mutual success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering bayreviews:

What problems is bayreviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

The price of upgrading our previous vendor was such a significant leap that we could not justify the spend. As so, we were stuck using their basic version and were severely handicapped by limited features. After switching to Targetbay, we were able to solicit reviews from our growing customer base at a much larger scale and capacity than with our previous tool.
