Bayan is a cloud PACS for radiology centres, hospitals, polyclinics and dental clinics. Studies go from the modality to the cloud through a small gateway on site, with no server room. Radiologists read in a web DICOM viewer with reconstruction, measurements and the prior study beside the current one, and report beside the image with templates, dictation and signature. Patients and referring physicians get a link and a code instead of a disc. A centre without a radiologist on site can send studies to a contracted licensed radiologist and get the report back signed. AI engines mark what they find as suggestions that the radiologist accepts, edits or rejects. Bayan connects to the RIS, HIS or EMR a centre already runs over HL7 v2, FHIR R4, DICOM Modality Worklist and DICOMweb. Arabic and English throughout.
