Bauplaner is construction planning software that organizes crew schedules and project timelines across multiple job sites. It provides a unified view where each site appears as a row and work packages are displayed as color-coded bars by trade, enabling managers to quickly assess crew assignments. The software generates scheduling proposals based on priorities, task sequencing, and crew availability, offering transparent reasoning for each decision. Conflicts like double bookings trigger alerts but leave final decisions to site managers. Bauplaner factors in holidays, absences, and closures when calculating schedules and exports finalized timelines as PDFs for internal use, crew distribution, or client sharing. An integrated Telegram assistant answers scheduling queries, records approved changes, and sends weekly digests summarizing assignments and alerts. Each business has an encrypted database instance, with servers in Germany and continuous backups.
