**What do you like best about Bau-Mängel?**

What convinces me the most is the simple and intuitive recording of construction defects directly on site: via photo, with automatic assignment to trade and construction section. This saves a lot of time compared to the classic Excel list or paper documentation and makes the documentation significantly clearer overall.

**What do you dislike about Bau-Mängel?**

The offline functionality could be a bit more robust – with very poor network on the construction site, there are occasional delays in synchronization.

**What problems is Bau-Mängel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A central problem in everyday construction is proving when a defect was reported and when it was fixed – especially in warranty issues. With seamless, time-stamped documentation with photos, I am much better protected here than before with paper or loose emails.
