I think the baton team was overall very helpful and engaged post-implementation. I wasn't involved much during the implementation, but since we went live, Kyleigh and the team have been very helpful! Time tracking is not ideal for our team - wish there was better reporting on it. I wish we could have a better understanding of how the projected due dates work. At times, I experience bugs when using the platform. When I build a template and add due dates and dependencies, what I enter does not always reflect the output - I've had to redo this a few times.
