It seamlessly fits into our blended learning models and keeps all coaching and training sessions well-organized. The dedicated participant dashboards let us monitor each learner’s development goals in real time. We can attach session logs, competency evaluations and learning documents directly to individual programs, which greatly supports our ISO 10015 compliant record management. The streamlined interface also ensures trainers and external corporate clients can navigate the platform without extra training. **What do you dislike about Batipi?** The reporting functionality falls short for professional training workflows, as it cannot produce tailored detailed reports needed for regular ISO 10015 compliance audits. There is no reliable automation for repeated training courses, so our admins have to recreate identical session entries time and again.
