Also, the skip traced file is returned extremely quickly. Customer service is very responsive via chat. **What do you dislike about BatchSkipTracing?** I don't like that the skip traced file (excel) has a separate column for each phone # that is tied to an entity/individual (row). My dialing software only recognizes one phone # per row rather than multiple phone #'s in the same row, so I'm forced to go into excel and tweak the BatchSkip file so that it shows a new row for every phone #. This process in excel can be time consuming and prone to errors. **What problems is BatchSkipTracing solving and how is that benefiting you?** BatchSkip gives me the freedom to directly control my skip tracing process. I only pay for the leads I need, when I need them. No more paying for leads that I might not need for several months. ### 2. Their service delivers reliable phone numbers, making my outreach notably efficient and successful. **What do you dislike about BatchSkipTracing?** One downside to Batchskip tracing is, their system can struggle with providing infomation on rural vacant land without an address. Sometimes it struggles to locate by parcel numbers only. **What problems is BatchSkipTracing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sourcing opportunities and maximizing time spent with the right people.
