They make bold claims about the functionality of their software but we have found that it does not work as advertised. When pressed on these, they are unable to give an explanation for why their software does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best software for formulation"

What do you like best about BatchMaster ERP?

This is the best hand down for any pharmaceutical manufaturing business. I really like how easy is to use it and how well it works and helps you also helps you to adjust the formulas which is GREAT on my side.

Planing and scheduling is so easy, that I don't have to worry about it anymore cuz hey, the software does it all by itself

Also we have control over our inventory trough the smartphone which is a + too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchMaster ERP?

Sometimes the programing might be clunky, if that is the correct word for that but yet it's not something that makes your work harder or something like that, i know worse softwares or application with that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not ready for the 21st Century"

What do you like best about BatchMaster ERP?

BatchMaster is easy to spell. Other than that - I can think of nothing else where this ERP matches or exceeds others in the industry or is something enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchMaster ERP?

NO MOBILE DEVICE SUPPORT! Employees using batchmaster are literally stuck at their desk.

The software is not intuitive nor user friendly.

It was built in VBS on SQL servers so it is not "future proof" and should be considered legacy software in 2018.

There is too much clicking back and forth between entry screens.

Installation team sent by vendor was not able to adequately explain process steps

Installation team sent by vendor was issuing incorrect instructions to resolve issues.

Mobile device support

Macros to automatically save data entered

Macros to remove steps requiring clicking back and forth

More intuitive interface

What problems is BatchMaster ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software has created more problems than it has solved. We are rethinking the entire rollout and deployment to limit the negative effects on our business. The difficulty in implimentation has affected productivity, employee morale and has bogged down our company's senior management while they deal with issues from rollout. Batchmaster allows us to integrate turn-key solutions that integrate quoting, accounting, sampling, batch records, and every other operation into a single user interface rather than having to jump between several programs and having to deal with synchronization between departments or programs.
