Batchly is point of sale, inventory, and payments for independent specialty retail , smoke shops, vape shops, liquor stores, coffee shops, and boutiques. Every sale shows a cash price and a card price, and the customer picks: dual pricing built into the register, not bolted on. Inventory is built for the way small shops actually run , about 100 SKUs where 20 core items drive the volume , with low-stock alerts, velocity analytics, and reorder suggestions. The Shophand add-on ($49.96/mo) staffs the store with AI: Front Desk answers your phone 24/7 from live inventory and takes pickup orders, customers order by text, and regulars get an SMS when their usual is due. Payments are built in with next-day settlement, offline-resilient cash mode, and a register that never double-charges. $99/mo flat, 21-day free trial, no long-term contract.
