My very first interaction with the customer support department was a complete joke. I skip traced 3 different searches, and each search had some leads that were showing as no data. There was a total of 11 on one, 44 on another and 125 on the third. For a total of 180 leads. Not a big deal really, I figurred I would just let them know and they would ad a small credit to my existing balance. It was only a $21.60 discrepancy. I spent 32 minutes with the rep from customer support just reviewing the first 11 leads. We never made it to the remaining 169 because the time wasted on a whopping 11 leads was insane. She was adament that I wasn't charged for them, but even when I showed her the list she sent me had 628 records in it and they billed me for 622 (6 less), but in reality there were 11 without any data. I couldn't believe this lady was arguing with me about such a small amount of leads. 32 minutes later, I was so frustrated that I asked "how do I cancel" and she had my account cancelled in under 2 minutes. haha. Apparently asking "how" I cancel means that they cancel you immediately. Funny how she was so fast to cancel my account and not so fast to fix the issue. Wonderful service.

I was with them a whopping 1 week, I spent $300 on my membership, and another $340 on skip tracing for a total of $640 in a week and they cancelled my membership because I challenged their math in under 2 minutes. Knowing how much money goes into obtaining a customer, I am surprised that they treat the ones that make it to their membership this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Batch Leads is very complete in all that I need and the people on my team are very happy we have applies BatchLeads to our toolbox. IT WILL MAKE US MONEY! I am able to do in just an hour or so what used to take many hours or days, and now with much more confidence in the list we are creating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my purposes it is very complete. Zomby properties might be a good add on. SO MANY Features can overwhelm some people. BUT I need these features and it is usually a person problem and not a BL issue. All overcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I would love to see is more accurate foreclosure/lien information. I’m finding a lot of foreclosures are not actually active foreclosures or liens and for some reason your database still shows them as in some sort of distress. When I look up the property with the county or talk with the homeowner they say it has been resolved. (Sellers lie so not always confident of that answer) but I have found a few that are no longer valid foreclosures and the property is now owned by someone else, but the foreclosure is listed anyway in the data. I would love to see Batch become more integrated with other platforms such as Podio. So if I find a property on Batch Leads, Skiptrace, and send over to Batch Dialer, the information I input on Dialer will upload to my Podio and even back to Batch Leads. So if I have a Hot lead or a dead lead it will reflect on both and my CRM. Notes would be great to go into the lead profile on Podio. Saves time and is more efficient. Fingers crossed!
