When I am searching properties, Batch is the first place I go. Whether I am looking for on or off-market properties, the dynamic sequence of filters I choose will always uncover the correct characteristics I seek. The primary search features are great, and the secondary narrows your searches even tighter. I also enjoy the time-saving Skip tracing feature when you find a property and want to connect with the owner. They have just added a desired feature, and that's the Agent Outreach feature; I just learned about this and have started using it to gain direct contact with agents.
