Their support team is miles away better from anyone else in the industry. Its not the cheapest service out there but if you are looking for cheap you won't find success in investing in real estate. Their skip tracing data quality is at least 20% (if not more) better than their closest competitor. From countless hours spent onboarding and answering questions to listening to my feedback and ACTUALLY IMPLEMENTING CHANGES that I've requested, I have no idea how they are able to do this for every customer but I love it! Batch Leads makes data so easy that I am able to find all the information needed to handle an acquisition call in seconds. Rewind to 2016 when I started in Real Estate, it would take a few hours to find that same data. I am a HUGE real estate nerd, and I've probably tried at least 80% of the product on the market and have yet to see anything comparable. I highly recommend Batch Lead to anyone in real estate or related industries. **What do you dislike about BatchLeads?** The only downside I've experienced is some of the MLS data used on the platform doesn't always populate in real time. When adding SMS and BatchDialer, the solution might be cost-prohibitive for those starting out. There are also some bugs that could be addressed and tweaks that could be made. For example, copying and pasting a telephone number into a corresponding field requires the source text to be 10 numbers without special symbols. I use BatchLeads to identify potential new skilled nursing facilities we can acquire as we expand our footprint, and BatchLeads not only gives me great intel about the physical building and financial history, but also gives me the phone number and email of the owners, where other products simply serve up the LLC the owner is hidden behind. The search filter that identifies commercial properties that are also distressed has been very useful for helping us secure under-market offers. **What do you dislike about BatchLeads?** Honestly not much to complain about. There's not many tools that provide so much insight into off-market properties.
