BatchLeads has been a really helpful and easy-to-use platform for managing real estate leads. It’s user-friendly, and the data has been mostly accurate, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to target the right properties. I like that everything — from pulling lists to skip tracing and organizing leads — can be done in one place. It definitely saves time and keeps the whole process more efficient. Sometimes the property data isn’t fully up to date, so I’ve learned to double-check details before reaching out. The cost can also add up if you’re pulling or skip tracing a lot of leads. BatchLeads has been instrumental in helping me identify motivated sellers and organize off-market leads. The skip tracing is fast and usually accurate, and I like the list stacking feature which helps prioritize the most promising leads. The interface is user-friendly, and the ability to tag, filter, and organize contacts helps keep everything efficient during follow-up and outreach. What do you dislike about BatchLeads? The monthly cost can add up quickly, especially if you're just starting out. Some skip trace results occasionally come back with outdated or inaccurate phone numbers, which affects cold calling efficiency. The "Property Search" screen can be a bit frustrating at times because it is hard to delete a previous search, it keeps giving you the same search over and over! I also dislike direct mail campaigns fail to send. Apparently you need to wait 30 seconds for a list to refresh before you do a DM campaign, this can be frustrating and takes up valuable time from you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. As a real estate wholesaler, I need accurate property data and reliable contact information to make deals happen. BatchLeads makes it easier to skip trace, stack lists, and segment leads based on motivation and property status, which saves me hours of manual research and helps increase my chances of conversion.
