## About BatchGeo
BatchGeo is the easiest way to get your list of addresses on a map. Since 2006 BatchGeo has hosted millions of maps for Fortune 50 companies, non-profits, and individuals. The idea behind BatchGeo is most geographic data is stored in some sort of spreadsheet, list, or simple table (ex: Excel, CSV, Google Spreadsheets, etc.) So its optimized for those formats, making it super easy to drag in or copy/paste your tabular data into a map. Once your data is mapped the real fun begins. Your data points are spread out on an easy to navigate Google Map. Data can be color coded by groups or ranges, or even heat mapped. If routing is what you are interested in, BatchGeo can give you optimized routes for up to 23 points at a time. This ensures you don't waste time when visiting your customers. Finally, if you want to share your map it's easy to do. You can choose if your map is to be secured (password protected) or generally available to the public. BatchGeo can even be used for a store locator for your website.

## BatchGeo Reviews
 ### 1. Simple and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Having used BatchGeo for over a decade it's continued to improve the ease of use and depth of data diving. I enjoy putting complete Excel tables into the mapper and then seeing the data in a geographical space. I've used this tool to plan marketing and sales strategies, to improve our transportation routes, to assist with scheduling so we group projects together using heat maps, and also sharing with others who need access to the information in the dimension of geo-targeting.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I haven't had significant issues using the tool. The maps do expire after a period of time which sometimes I wish they wouldn't, but I've just regenerated the map using the same data table as a work around.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Spend the time needed to get familiar with all the filters as they unlock extra insights. Also, the auto-mapping fields works well for most of the out of the box information like City and State. It will also associate the other fields with an address on the same row.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used this tool to help marketing and sales teams more efficiently target their market. Door to door sales, mailbox marketing material, visualizing detailed customer information, scheduling to go to locations within a geographic group, and insight analytics that take into account markets by geographic region.

 ### 2. Time saver!!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole L. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I am able to upload all properties with their associated property manager and view the distance/locations instantly!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

manipulating the data isnt intuitive - i had to reupload a few times to get the desired info to display

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have a lot of properties under management and previously didnt have efficiency in our routes for notice delivery, property walks, etc. Batch Geo gives us a good map of where the properties are so we can maximize the use of our time in the field.

 ### 3. Simplicity and ease of use is for my needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee W. | Director, Risk Management, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

CAPABILITIES: The service has nearly all of what I need at its core.
- ability to visually show categorized locations on a map
- map pins have mouse-over ability where I can see various tags for each location

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The site could benefit by integrating a communication feature. In other words, lasso a group of pins and then "right-click" to allow an email to be generated to those pins selected.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

The ability to upload various groups is valuable. you can also share these specific groups with any individual / co-worker. Personally, I love being able to categorize my sales teams, my offices, my VIPs by color so I can quickly visualize them.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am leveraging this system for Safety & Security for key individuals worldwide. I am able to inform key individuals / sites of important activity that may be affecting them in their local area.

 ### 4. Great service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The customization options. There are so many ways to make your map yours.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The fact that you are unable to add an image for use as the placemarker

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Try the template spreadsheet first to get a feel for how the software works.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me map my spreadsheets and visualize data

 ### 5. Great product for quick mapping!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seva R. | Assistant Professor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Easy to use, easy to teach, instantaneous. Good ability to start and stop quickly. Data storage available, even on freeware for at least 1 year.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Row number limit, basemap limitations. Unclear how to interface between free and paid versions in terms of how much implementation is needed. Not as many helpfiles though that has increased.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Easy to start and stop projects. Free product for small time mapping. If you were to purchase, there are expanded opportunities. Good for students. Much lower tech than GIS, easier to use than Google MyMaps suite.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to map point data for free? How to easily teach mapping and perform visualization? Benefits have been instant: I have been able to teach this in one class session and recommend to students and researchers for their mapping needs.

 ### 6. Great mapping system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica H. | regional sales manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

It is very easy to work with and customize

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish there was a way to label each marker with a name, on the map

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can show a customer the locations that are nearby, which really helps them to visualize.

 ### 7. Not what I expected

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The designs are cool and I like the fact that I can switch and add spots as I wish

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Despite the fact that the maps are very professional it is still very hard to understand how it works and lost a lot of time trying to use the site

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Depends on what you need to do with the map, but for an interactive map that will be used by tourists it is definitely not what I need

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can delete or add options such as roads, parks, bike lane etc but in the end with everything I wanted to add the map was too crowded and basically it takes time to understand how it works

 ### 8. Best batch geolocation site that is out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas S. | Director of Interactive Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like the easy interface and the options they give you. I am creating interactive maps based on Csv files and it gives me kml files in the correct format

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It skips addresses that can't be found which makes sense but I wish there would be an option to let me know which ones it skipped.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Use this instead of any other service

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create interactive maps based on kml. Benefit is that I can convert multiple addresses at the same time

 ### 9. Handy and Easy-to-Use Visualization Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim L. | Professor of Economics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

First off, the tool is easy to use with nearly no glitches. It is a breeze to upload data, and the site can handle geolocational data points with accuracy. It also has different features. Of course, it's all free to use.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The limit on the number of data points for the free version is a small drawback.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

No skills needed to use this handy tool.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualization of business data on maps is very helpful to economic development agencies and community stakeholders.

 ### 10. Great product, as-advertised

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin Z. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I love that you can combine and filter data to get the exact map you need.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I don't like that the free version has such limited capabilities.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

I suggest using this product to map your data as it is the easiest and best option out there.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am completing market analyses on comparable rental units and this has allowed me to find comparable homes that are not only similar to the subject I am researching but are also closer in distance.

 ### 11. An easy WebGIS application for Geocoding that provides instant results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The simple UI of the web. A simple method of Copy pasting the data. Speedy results are obtained.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

No output as a shapefile for Geocoding.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Geocoding

 ### 12. Easy to Use and Helpful for Data Mapping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The input interface and auto-sorting is very easy-to-use and relatively failsafe. On the occasion that something does not come through correctly or is sorted improperly by the software, there are easy to use toggles that allow you to make corrections.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

For free accounts, maps expire after a certain amount of time, which can be a bad look if you're client-facing. This problem does not exist for the paid accounts. If I could improve on one thing, it would be more graphic/visual options that would allow one to polish up the look and feel of the maps a bit more.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in the real estate industry and a large part of our job is providing data to large real estate investors and financial institutions. Because real estate is geographical in nature, we found ourselves wanting to show our data not just in a table or spreadsheet, but on a map. Batchgeo is the perfect solution for this, allowing us to show pertinent and real-time data as it actually exists out in the real world.

 ### 13. Extremely helpful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

It is extremely easy to use. It has allowed my new reps to come in and immediately understand the business better. It has allowed for faster and more efficient routing. Due to covid, unfortunately, we have had some turnover in company. We have had to bring on 3 new reps over the last 6 months and each of them had to quickly learn the markets. Some of the new reps were newer to sales, so BatchGeo allowed us to quickly learn where the business was and what the best way to route their days.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Nothing. It's been great and I honestly do not have anything I dislike so far. It has been very easy to use and reps have gotten a lot out of it.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

I would recommend create specific maps for individual areas and allowing your reps to log in to access.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us be way more efficient with looking at our territory planning. It's allowed for faster onboarding with the reps.

 ### 14. BatchGeo has been a great tool for my job!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo is very helpful in determining my route for the day and mapping everything out. I like how it shows all of the locations on the side so that you can view them and the mapped-out portion simultaneously! Another upside is user-friendliness.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I think BatchGeo software operates smoothly, so there is not much to dislike. If anything, make sure that your information is inputted correctly so that the map will show up correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

I would recommend for others to use BatchGeo because it is very useful.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BatchGeo reduces the amount of time spent mapping out a bunch of different locations. I have mapped out 20 other places at once, and they all can be generated on the map.

 ### 15. Data mapping made easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I appreciate the user-friendly capabilities BatchGeo brings to the data mapping world. While my job does not evolve around data analysis, it is great to have a product like this that makes data mapping easy & doable for a non-data analysis mind to execute.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The upload features are lacking, I find that I sometimes have to reconfigure or manually enter data because the file type is not acceptable or "too large".

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

This is a great program if you are looking for something that is very user-friendly and allows for quick production of data mapping - Great presentation & easy to understand.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to execute my own data mapping and present in a way that makes sense to both myself and my operations team.

 ### 16. Been using batch gel for three years

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I love how it keeps my notes under each pin. Helps remember customers names before walking into accounts.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I think the app is great but there's a bad bug when you click on the location it takes you into google maps for navigation. However, sometimes it doesn't use my current location it thinks I'm somewhere in Manhattan or something fucked up.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hitting more accounts in a centralized location. Helps me plan my own logistics as a sales rep

 ### 17. It’s great when it works right!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michel G. | Regional Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The simplicity of how to copy and paste the ss

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It won’t let you zoom out and it will zoom back in throwing you all off.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

It's a great tool to get started

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales routes are easier to build with it.

 ### 18. Great mapping with great field options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody D. | C, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The graphic that is displayed after entry.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I dislike how closely grouped points are sometimes indistinguishable from eachother.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to see where certain points of interest lay on a map, so that I know where I'm working.

 ### 19. Can't do my job without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasper K. | Head of OOH Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The amount of data and how fast it is processes the mapping. The ease of use is amazing! Just copy-paste a worksheet and you've got an invaluable interactive map in seconds. I also like the simplicity of the "advanced options" and how you can toggle between various sorting options once the map is created. I simply don't know how I could do my job without it; the job being planing OOH media campaigns.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes it's a bit slower than ideal when toggling between what data is being mapped, but that could be just my internet speed.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using BatchGeo to assess national markets' with respect to running Out of Home advertising campaigns. I map existing users, potential users, and OOH inventory to see which markets offer the best alignment between the folks we want to target with billboards and where those billboards are located.

 ### 20. Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Love that I can import from excel and I even add a column for notes; this way I read everything I need to know from one place.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes the app will not pick up where I left off, but I just go back to my list of maps and it is fine.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not driving all over the place; going from A to B to C. Storing enough information in the map to know what I need to know.

 ### 21. Quick and easy program to display location data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like that the program is very easy to use, does not require andy knowledge about GIS systems and that the maps can be made very fast.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I am not yet so known to the program, my company uses it a while. So I not yet have any points I dislike.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are mainly displaying different locations of businesses in our network on maps using BatchGeo, in order to have an spatial overview of the network.

 ### 22. Easy to Use Mapping Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo made the mapping process extremely easy to use! With copy and paste from Excel or just uploading a document, it was a BREEZE!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

There aren't many things I disliked about this service. Downloading maps was tricky at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was a very easy to understand process.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

We tried several other mapping services before landing on BatchGeo. This is by far the easiest to use and the most helpful when you need to create maps.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BatchGeo allowed my company to display locations of several hospital facilities in one area with an easy to read to map and legend. This saves time and money when needing to create visuals for clients quickly.

 ### 23. Great product to organize geospatial projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

On a basic level, it is user friendly and very simple. It is a great start for our projects. We have utilized this as a preliminary software program to organize our strategy and to do initial mapping for complex development projects. We share this information internally amongst our team members, go back and forth to continue an iterative process, and then move further with analysis. We can go back to utilize our created maps for cross referencing.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It is just a base system, but there should be more exporting formats and additional user settings for components including views, analysis, and so on may be helpful. I believe there can be better visual aids and editing for easier readability. Geobatch can have more customization for "data view" and "cluster view". I am not sure, but maybe these graphs can be individually exported for presentations, too. I am confident there can be better integration with other applications and software (including GIS, photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe indesign) and format compatibilities (.csv, .ai, shapefile, geoTIFF, .pdf., jpg, .png, etc.).

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Look at this as a way for preliminary and base level beginnings for complex projects. Otherwise, it is a great way to do simple geospatial tasks.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our projects are private but we are helping to improve community assets in underserved communities and identifying various real estate opportunities. We will identify different assets for a particular need and see how many are within an area, identify what is missing, or see where there are opportunities for improvement. Another example is we can start initial mapping for potential properties or potential development in an area. This provides a bird's eye view to observe the lay of the land.

 ### 24. Really useful site!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toby T. | Co-Founder and Business Development Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Simplicity of use - add your columns from your spreadsheet and away you go. Great for planning density of work jobs.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes the data gets a bit jumbled up and occasionally a site ends up in America...

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Make sure your data is as simple as possible.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits for us have been all about planning our work density across the country. Planning in this way helps us manage our economies of scale, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

 ### 25. Investment Analyst

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake W. | Investment Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo has helped our team create beneficial maps for presentations. The interface is clean and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish that there was a way to change the data within BatchGeo rather than going back to my excel spreadsheet and updating there and then repasting it in.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing multiple properties on a map. This has allowed us to quickly plot assets that we own in our existing portfolio, as well as info about future potential acquisitions.

 ### 26. BatchGeo is great for the visual person

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken K. | Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo is a great way to look at you territory and determine cluster areas of accounts and areas that maybe underserved. If you are a visual person like me, I like to see how my call points are distributed and mentally plot out my attack plan.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I really do not have anything I dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

BatchGeo is great for any outside sales rep or traveling business person covering a large geography.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am an outside sales rep with a large geographic area to cover. For me, I am a visual person. I still have a map on the wall. Google maps is okay, but your accounts are drowned out by all your other favorites. BatchGeo allows me to think about my approach to my territory. It is very easy to use and load my accounts into.

 ### 27. Useful tool with few needed updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like the price for the mebership; I like having that amount of info at my disposal in regards to any property. I like being able to create lists, and I like that, for the most part, the majority of ALL accessible info for any property is readily available for nearly ANY plot/property! Being able to add photos directly to a property address is handy, so long as the core app works the way it should!!!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

UI is sexy but hard to learn
App/property location was inaccurate on mobile, but nearlty 100% correct when accessing BD from a PC.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing market inventory, Locating homeowners/info and enabling one direct line of communication.

 ### 28. BatchGeo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Integrated seamlessly with spreadsheet files. Matches almost all addresses successfully.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Exporting maps is limited. There is embedded data that is great but can be missed by non-users.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping find people for volunteer services

 ### 29. Great tool for spatial address lookup!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristopher B. | Software Engineering Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo is a great tool for mapping multiple addresses. The free version allows for users to upload up to 250 separate addresses. Users can place different color markers (or different marker types) to distinguish different address types.

This is a useful tool for assessing a large number of locations and the space between them. I use it often to assess the relative difficulty of designing a route between locations.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo is NOT a good tool for routing. Other tools exist to do this, but BatchGeo does not allow this functionality directly.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BatchGeo regularly to assess the relationship between different locations as a precursor for designing a route between them. My use for it is to assess the approximate cost and difficulty of designing the route. BatchGeo allows me to examine location density, a key indicator in the nature of a route that I might design. I then go on to use other tools to actually route out directions between locations.

**Official Response from Phil Holmstrand:**

> Hello thanks for the review! On the routing we did recently add multi destination routing for paid accounts. Pro allows up to 23 destinations!

 ### 30. Great for work or pleasure alike!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I love that I can see where all of my stops are in relation to each other, making it's easy and efficient to get my errands done!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish the map would be laid out for me instead of me choosing which to start and end at. Maybe using google maps for traffic too?

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for work when I have to hit various addresses in the same day.

 ### 31. Great maps for prospecting and sales calls

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like being able to add any kind of information attached to the business name - such as prior years' sales, goals, categories. It makes it much easier for my sales reps when visiting our customers and prospects.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes I get strange address locations in far-off lands. We only do business in the US.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes us much more efficient on the street. Organize our days better and target specific locations.

 ### 32. How BatchGeo helped children in poverty find free meals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte-Anne L. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo allowed us to display both a list and a wide variety of markers to distinguish between the free meal offerings for 19 school districts during COVID-19

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish I could more easily sell sponsorships to help underwrite our efforts.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When schools closed for COVID-19, we knew that meant children in poverty would lose access to their most reliable meals of the day, because 94% of students in San Antonio Independent School District are eligible for free lunch.
We used BatchGeo to quickly map every location where students and their families could get free meals in 19 different school districts in and near San Antonio Texas. We mapped 212 locations and were able to color code them by school district.

 ### 33. Excellent and easy to use mapping product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Free and easy to use with customizable features. The best part is the KMZ export. I am able to quickly create a set of mapped points, export to kmz, and easily edit to make changes. The importing feature (copying/pasting data from excel) makes the map creation easy to use and get started. The ability to edit and define tag information, and the address is intuitive and efficient.

Also, the email notification system helps me keep track of projects, and I can easily search to find previous maps.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I dont have very many dislikes. I have been using the service for 4.5 yrs, and do not see any shortcomings or suggestions at this time. It is very difficult to come up with a dislike at this time.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

BatchGeo is easy to use, free to start, and can help solve mapping needs and save time. It improves project management, and easily exports to kmz to work with Google Earth.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapping groups of items to understand relative locations, keep track of portfolios, and importing kmz into Google Earth. I have realized increased efficiency, project management, and reporting. BatchGeo helps to manage data, and most importantly, saves time.

 ### 34. Preview-first workflow

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Drag &drop for an instant preview is an excellent interface. The workflow ushers you smoothly into your final map, but even by itself, it is helpful as a quick eyeball verification of your data.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

25,000 marker limit; my lists are many times larger. Also, if there were more markers, then the categories would become much more useful.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great marketing tool to establish credibility in a given location.

 ### 35. BatchGeo Review for sales

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy view of all my accounts and subs. A realized benefit is to quickly identify and target accounts where geo-based marketing is taking place.

 ### 44. Easy to use tool for travelling sales team, using metadata from excel, when on the road!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like the Batch Geo program, because it has had several upgrades over the years. Being able to change input categories, and then mapping them has been extremely helpful for our travelling sales team, when finding new locations in a territory. It is also helpful that the program implements Google Maps data to show a picture of the location as well ahead of time.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I do not like the fact that the app crashes sometimes, when loading the excel files. Also it would be helpful to have the ability to use the Google Maps street view (orange person) drop on the app as well, which I believe is a desktop only feature. Also the integration of satellite maps I believe should be default or easier to change than it currently is at the moment. Other than that the improvements have been noticeable and helpful.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to find the owners of locations in territories, in which we are not familiar. It has been helpful to have all of the contact information loaded from excel, and easily mapped out with different categories differentiating the types of locations and ways to tackle the data into real-time use.

 ### 45. BatchGeo is ESSENTIAL!

I love that I can use BatchGeo to get quick insights about where my customers/students are located so that I can target my interventions to their needs. I use to to visualize where our locations are for our new hires as well.

The ability to customize the pins with all that extra information based on columns from my spreadsheet is amazing. Also, the fact that it can read my spreadsheet at all and I don't have to try to comform to some sort of template? Just wow.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Every now and then there'll be an address that the geocoder can't quite figure out by itself, but this is usually resolved quickly and easily just by running the data again!

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BatchGeo helps me visualize ares of need for my students. I understand their geography better and that allows me to put resources in their hands that are responsive to where they actually live.
