## About BatchGeo
BatchGeo is the easiest way to get your list of addresses on a map. Since 2006 BatchGeo has hosted millions of maps for Fortune 50 companies, non-profits, and individuals. The idea behind BatchGeo is most geographic data is stored in some sort of spreadsheet, list, or simple table (ex: Excel, CSV, Google Spreadsheets, etc.) So its optimized for those formats, making it super easy to drag in or copy/paste your tabular data into a map. Once your data is mapped the real fun begins. Your data points are spread out on an easy to navigate Google Map. Data can be color coded by groups or ranges, or even heat mapped. If routing is what you are interested in, BatchGeo can give you optimized routes for up to 23 points at a time. This ensures you don't waste time when visiting your customers. Finally, if you want to share your map it's easy to do. You can choose if your map is to be secured (password protected) or generally available to the public. BatchGeo can even be used for a store locator for your website.

## BatchGeo Reviews
  ### 1. BatchGeo Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim E. | Director of Business Development and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Ease of use is great. We use in plotting branch locations for ourselves and those of other businesses to show similarities of our footprints or areas for expansion with our help.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I do wish i could do some more customization with some of the final mappings. But for the most part, it gets the job done.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the maps in presentations to leads. It's helpful in showing how large our company's geographic footprint truly is as we are not a business that generally catches the eye. We are then able to show prospective clients or partners our true size throughout our target market.

  ### 2. Awesome for OOH Mapping

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo makes it really easy to create customized maps with many data points. I use it mostly for media plans that include out-of-home advertising. It allows me to plot billboard locations along with other locations of interest to the client (stores, competitors, etc.).

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Nothing really to dislike. I don't use it every day, so I feel like there's a few minutes of reminding myself how to get the maps to look the way I like each time.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

It's easiest to upload spreadsheets, but you have to be careful that you have everything set up properly to transfer to the BatchGeo interface.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides the client a good visual of their outdoor media plan.

Give BatchGeo a try. You will be impressed with the ease of use and the simple way to map your data.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Frank G. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo is really easy to use and can map just about any coordinates that you provide. Whether it's longitude and latitude or street addresses, BatchGeo will handle it and provide you with a great looking map.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo does not give you a lot of ability to customize the map that it generates. In particular, when printing maps, it can be difficult to get the specific output you want.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been working with a client that is doing large outdoor WiFi network rollouts. BatchGeo lets me easily show where devices will be installed and to provide additional info with the map.

I have yet to find a downside to the BatchGEO

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

I have yet to have a bad experience with BatchGeo and would recommend it to anyone who would like a '30,000 ft' view of their customer's or employees' locations. It has helped us find places where we need to advertise more and help homeowners find users of our equipment.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When homeowners call looking for a chimney sweep that uses our equipment, I just put in their zip code and Boom I have my answer. It's also super helpful when shipping receives a package and we can't read the label or it's from a pack 'n ship store, we can see whose in a 5 or 10-mile radius.

  ### 7. Simple and Valuable

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

My CRM needs the BatchGeo feature to be useful when traveling. At a minimum, I make a firm meeting in the morning and one in the afternoon. Then I use BatchGeo to determine what close accounts I can either drop-in to see or call last minute for an appointment. Downloading my CRM data to an Excel spreadsheet then copy and pasting into BatchGeo is very easy.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I would like to see a link between my CRM and BatchGeo to avoid the Excel spreadsheet step.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My CRM needs the BatchGeo feature to be useful when traveling.

  ### 8. Immensely useful tool

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I have been using BatchGeo for several years now, and I have always found it consistently useful. I have mapped out schools to visit, reviewer locations, and even homes of victims killed in a disaster in 1948. Just a great tool.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The only issues I've had with BatchGeo have been related to inadequate data that I supplied. If you've got great in, you'll get great out.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a visual person, so seeing locations really helps me better understand issues I might encounter.

  ### 9. Extremely Valuable Tool For Digital Media

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

With digital media becoming more and more targeted, specifically to the location and device, BatchGeo is an indisputable part of my digital media planning. Being able to track ad performance at the hyperlocal level, using client data to map customers and gain insight into media planning, and, simply, something that provides a graphic representation of a spreadhseet makes BatchGeo invaluable.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I have nothing to say at this time with regrds to BatchGeo - I us it as needed and it gets better each time.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Start with clean customer data or CRM data - This will make the process extremely fast. Also, play around with the different settings because they all have value in different situations.

  ### 12. easy to upload addresses from excel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo competes well with Google My Maps. It is relatively simple to create a map, and maps are completed very quickly. The click and drag option is much quicker than traditionally uploading an excel spreadsheet. It is also very easy to share a map after you have created it.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The least helpful thing about BatchGeo is searchability. I want to be able to search for an address using any data. The map is sometimes slow loading. Great tool for basic map creating but not for customizing routes from address to address within the map.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

I recommend having good information in the excel spreadsheet that you will be used to create a map.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees and offices all across the country. BatchGeo has given me a mapping tool to connect the two. It's a great tool for scheduling people across the country by seeing who is the closest to each of our locations.

  ### 13. Facility Maintenance Company Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar R. | D, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I am a fan of how you can drag and select pins in any area. It makes it easy when you are choosing a group of sites.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I would like to see a routing tool created for BatchGeo. I would use it more often if this was available.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

It's a great tool when you are servicing multi-location sites. It allows you to maximize your routing/

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 300 locations within the Chicagoland area that we service. this allows us to be as efficient as possible when selecting and changing service routes.

  ### 14. Easiest Map Creator for Customer Visits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

What I like best about BatchGeo is the ease of creating maps of a city or vicinity that I am planning on visiting. With Batchgeo, I can make a visual map with pinpoints. This map assists me with determining the shortest route that maximizes my time in covering an area. It is so easy to create an Excel worksheet that has Customer Name, Address, City, Zip, and telephone number that relates to the points on the map either by numbers or alphabetically.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I do not dislike anything about BatchGeo.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizing my time in a city that I've never been to is the most significant benefit. This software keeps me from bouncing around within a city, reduces my driving time, and allows me to call on more customers daily.

  ### 15. BatchGeo for easily plotting routes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aaron i. | space management coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo has the ease of taking multiple addresses and being able to plot them all on a map at once.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

the fact that you can't confirm an address on the map to make sure its plotting in fact the right address you meant to type. cause sometimes on a large highway the difference between using North or South as part of the address description can mean a whole lot.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After using BatchGeo the time saving of being able to copy and paste multiple addresses all at once. So the time saving and ease of plotting out all my destinations on one map is the convenience of this app, saving me several minutes even hours sometimes in the office, which makes my job easier!

  ### 16. Best Mapping Tool Yet

**Reviewed by:** David J. | Bridge Inspector, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I use BatchGeo to help me create maps for work. It makes life so easy, they have literally cut hours out of my day!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes it is difficult to get the maps to generate visible pins on the Google Earth exported map. It is a quick fix for me to go in and adjust the size of the pins on the map. However if this could be fixed it would be really helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

If you are trying to make maps with specific pins for work related or anything you need to map multiple areas, you should 100% use BatchGeo!

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has literally saved me HOURS in my day. Instead of having to manually pin each point, I put it into BatchGeo and it is done!

  ### 17. Gives me great insights!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like BatchGeo because it helps me to see where my clients are. They are spread out geographically, and I do not always know where they are. With BatchGeo, I can put in their addresses and I can see who is within driving distance!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes, data entry into the interface can be daunting.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing the locations of my clients on a map has made visiting them easier and with less guesswork.

  ### 18. No Quicker Tool for Mapping Data

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Simplicity. I have an ArcGIS Professional account, and I still use BatchGeo to show clients easy to view mapped data.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I really don't have any complaints. It does what it's supposed to do. No more, no less. It's perfect as it is!

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When showing clients on a map lots of data IF they click into a map point. The overview of loading locations for targeting for our digital marketing business is key with not only winning accounts but expanding spend with current clients.

  ### 19. Very helpful for visualizing territories.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

The ease of input and analytics for the platform

Investigative tracking for files and patterns. Crime Analytics.

  ### 21. It´s cheap, it´s easy and very useful.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliano V. | Economist consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

It´s is very intuitive. Don’t need any background or programming skills. Once you in, you are ready to star plotting.
I started using the free service. It worked well and gave me confidence to make the investment for the payed solution. By the way, while searching for similar solitons I found this to be by far the best price at any level of usage,

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Some massive geocode addresses get some pins wrong, because most of the time we don´t have the perfect data to plot, but when it happens it´s takes a bit to get them to the right place.
You can drag and drop the pin or try to introduce the data once more. The problem is that this kind of action consume the usage you have payed. It doesn’t seem really fair to pay for rework.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Worth trying. Star with the free use to see if it attends your needs.

You can work lots of data, create different maps and plot interesting clusterization.
It´s limited for maximum pins added and pageviews of the map
If you are not professional, maybe the free use will attend you just fine.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maps data help us understand the geographic aspect of voting information. Many political campaigns try to get some leverage by allying themselves with local leaderships, and they promises to mobilize voters. By analyzing vote result by really close data, we are able to measure if this allying was really productive

  ### 22. Great tool for location tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo is very easy to use, and works with Google's API to build out some great maps for you with just basic input or loading in large CSV files.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The only negative that I really have is that the loading process can take a while to run. It's a very minor concern, though, and shouldn't affect any decisions about it.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it for a few functions. The primary usage is to plot out the locations of clients who have sought out business with us based on where they live. We have also found it helpful in mapping out key locations as well, to help a client find the nearest location for a service that they need based on their address.

  ### 23. Very Helpful Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | AR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

It's simplicity. I run a bus service for the school I work at and I can upload a large number of addresses and see them all pinpointed on a map.

From this, I am able to determine if our bus routes from the previous year still make sense.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I think being able to put different colored pins would be a helpful tool.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said, I use it for the bus service routes I create and it works flawlessly. A really great tool.

  ### 24. BatchGeo has been a program I have used for years!

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like that i can use it to keep track of my locations and plan my travel.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

There is nothing i dislike about BatchGeo, i think it actually would work better for me if i put forth more effort into the details.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Try something new, it takes some time to input the information but once its done, you are good to go.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency of time and also, having a clear view of my district. It is also great for starting a new territory.

  ### 25. Great for planning and grouping multiple stops!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I can enter locations in time-sensitive order and see the results fast.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The tool lacks traveling salesman options.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 26. A great time saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

This tool is easy to use and really helps me maximize my time driving around the city.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

This may be an issue because I didn't create an account but I have to save the link in order to access my data. I actually lost one of my data sets because I forgot to save the link.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For work I have to visit 5 - 10 addresses per day and it varies from day to day where I need to go. BatchGeo remembers all of my potential stops and locates easily for me which addresses I need to visit on any given day. Then I can plan my route accordingly based on locations which saves me valuable driving time.

  ### 27. Easy to use and navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Principal Broker / Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Program is simple and does a good job. It is not too complicated.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Nothing. The program does what I need and is not overly complicated.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

If you want some very simplistic to use this is a program that gets the job done. Not overly complicated. We just use currently to see distance of similar properties to properties we might market in the near future. Program seems reasonably prices for those that might need to use the program daily compared to other similar programs. Some other similar programs we have tested were just to complicated to use for our needs.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the program to map the proximity of properties to ones I may list for real estate sales.

  ### 28. Easy, quick mapping solution

It takes experimentation to get to the visual outcome you want. Spend time playing around to get familiar and you'll love it!

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to visualize data sets for the purposes of advocacy and fund raising. It was pivotal in advocating for Federal legislation for STEM education in JROTC schools.

  ### 29. BatchGeo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The ability to plot quickly and efficiently

Not enough different colors of pins for plotting

  ### 30. Easy & Simple tool for mapping out Data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

We needed to use BatchGeo to map out a collection of data geographically based on a map; this was so we could share the data in an easy & simple to read format. The feature allowing it to accept a simple Excel spreadsheet to add this data was extremely useful because we already had the data available in Excel, making it a simple addition. The map even detects locations and pin-points them on a map. Ultimately BatchGeo served the purpose that we needed it. We found it easy to use and helpful for visualizing data, almost like a business intelligence dashboard but easier to use.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

There were some things we felt could have been improved. There isn't any way to order or filter data. We would have liked it if we were able to select to show only some rows of data on the map, for example, showing locations on the Map for a particular city or if the row matched a specific keyword. If this feature had existed, it would have made the experience better for people we shared the map with as it's something they requested to make things easier.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to visualize a list of locations on a map because it was helpful for some other members of staff we view it in this way. The sites were initially shown on an Excel Spreadsheet, which meant for some areas, manually going onto Google Maps and searching the place. The process proved rather convoluting. The benefits we have realized with this allowed us to see the site and have a general idea of that entry.

  ### 31. Batch Geo is great for sales professionals!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin W. | Business Development Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like that it maps out all of your data and you can easily upload data from excel. It is more accurate than google maps.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish that I could change the colors of the points on the map so that I could easily identify which stops I have already been to.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving problems by saving so much time! I can use excel to map it all out and plan the best route to take.

  ### 32. Great to use for realtors!

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I love that I can have separate lists of locations and that I can see them all on a map at one time!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish I could edit my lists in the app!

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

If I could edit in the app, that would make it great! Also if I could get navigation to make the shortest route, that would be cool too

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better map routing and organizing my database into separate "sections" such as "Northwest" or "extended north"

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

accuracy of geocoding based upon address in Belgium not always very good

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

do not hesitate, try and find out that most of your geo-datamanipulation can be done, without to much hassle, great support and little cost

  ### 34. Great mapping tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I used BatchGeo over 10 years ago when I was doing deliveries in areas I wasn't as familiar with. It was a great tool to map out an area and figure out my best route. Fast forward to today and I once again had to map out some locations and appreciated I could rely on BatchGeo again.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It would be great to have the option to print the full map on 1 page without having the addresses. An Android mobile app would be helpful too. I haven't needed the premium option until now but feel like to justify $15/month I would need to be doing maps daily. A smaller monthly fee, with fewer map options or something, might be more appetizing.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a bunch of addresses and need to know where they all are in order to maximize my route and minimize my commuting time.

  ### 35. Excellent product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Integrates well with excel & Google Maps and provides great visual information at a glance. I love that we can colour code categories and easily turn categories on and off within the map itself. It is easy to learn how to use.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It sometimes has trouble recognizing Canadian addresses, but I am not sure if that is because of Batch Geo's interface or a problem with Google Maps. Fortunately, it is clear when an address has not been included on the map. It would be great if we could edit the information on the map and export that back into Excel.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has greatly improved the quality of my students' work-life balance. I often have to place students at specific locations and I like to arrange it so they have the shortest commute. With Batch Geo, I can easily see which people live closest to each location. It is great that I can also include tags with the student addresses, such as if they have a car or rely on transit. It creates an optimal situation for the folks I am placing. I am also able to create masks for the students' identities so that I am not compromising their personal data, and I am still able to know who is where.

  ### 36. Using BatchGeo for a county-level risk assessment as a graduate student

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo allows for the easy display of data that is convenient for non-users or an inexperienced audience. The option for data tables, clusters, and more enables users to assess their content and visually show results. This method was convenient for me to present to an audience.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes there would be a glitch or lag in editing the data and showing the new edits. For instance, I might change the indicators on my map or a range to be displayed, but I often believed I was incorrectly editing when it was just a lag in updating. I also wish I could highlight boundaries and borders on my map.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

If you are unfamiliar with the program, watch tutorials that are available.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used BatchGeo to conduct a risk assessment at the county level to solve a population health issue. This program has benefitted me in solving this problem by allowing me to display high-risk areas in my county and direct intervention efforts to areas in need.

  ### 37. Easiest way to plot locations on a map

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lois L. | Value Stream Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The ease of data importing. Just import and viola!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

So far, I don't know if there are any downsides. I honestly haven't spent the time to understand the program. I simplify my data into a tiny workbook. Once the map is created then I either hyperlink it to the excel file that is the original master data file or if I don't need the details of the map locations, I just put a print screen in the workbook

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Potential customers are looking to personally see one of the company's products in use near their location. With this tool, I can narrow down locations by zip code to a general area

  ### 38. Great tool - does what nothing else can

My favorite feature is the ability to draw on the map and select just the zones I need. This is critical when the area I'm analyzing can't be broken into clean zip code or mail carrier routes.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish BatchGeo could handle larger files, into the hundreds of thousands of lines of data.

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The ability to create unique maps for different projects makes it a very flexible and useful tool.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Sometimes the data is not mapped correctly, in other words the pin is not shown at the correct address or it cannot find an address.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Utilize Batch Geo with other business tools like a database for proof of delivery.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small business and with the pandemic our customers had a new need for their products to be delivered. With batch geo we were able to provide contract drivers with a general map for them to coordinate their deliveries allowing us to provide a service to our customers without exhorbodant cost increases.

Easy setup through spreadsheet import was critical, and Batch Geo performed like a champ. Users that come to the website can easily locate a store using the simple interface.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Limitations to the number of mapped locations were not ideal; however this minor inconvenience was easily addressed by splitting states up by first letter.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client needed an easy way to implement a database of store locations in a map-based format on their website with mapping capabilities. Batch Geo provided an affordable, easy to use solution that has performed as advertised. Customers can quickly locate a store in their local area or choose from multiple options easily.

  ### 49. Dead Simple Mapping

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve T. | Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

You don't need to be a GIS expert to make great maps with BatchGeo. If you know how to make an Excel file, and can cut-and-paste, you make maps with BatchGeo.

I've used it for several projects and always get comments from clients and colleagues about 'how did you do that'? I tell them the truth, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V. The magic is knowing where to cut and paste, and that's at www.BatchGeo.com.

Once you've used it for one project, you'll use it for other projects too.

I've liked it for embedding maps in a website too. Once you update the file, it updates the embedded map too.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The mapping is more simplistic than you'll get with full-blown GIS systems, but it's better than nothing. And you can't beat BatchGeo for the price.

I would like some more map editing controls. Recognizing though that those features would add cost and user complexity too.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adds an easy-to-interpret spatial analysis to data. Using BatchGeo really brings a spreadsheet of geographic-based data alive.

  ### 50. BatchGeo is Awesome

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It may be that I don't understand the functionality well enough, but I would love to do a map with different colors to represent different types of locations.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

it is a great service

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am mapping outdoor advertising locations against target locations.
