BatchDocMaker is document automation software that generates multiple Word documents from Excel spreadsheet data. The platform processes variable information to create formatted documents, eliminating repetitive manual tasks. All operations run locally on the device, ensuring data remains private and secure without transfer to external servers. After installation, the software functions completely offline, though it requires Microsoft Edge WebView Runtime on Windows systems. The tool converts Excel data into Word documents through automated workflows. Updates are released regularly to improve functionality, and direct email support is available. Core features are accessible at no cost for personal use, with advanced automation capabilities offered through a separate option.
