There are a lot of targeting options and the platform is straightforward. Also, I appreciate how the Centro employees are hands-on with their clients. There are not a lot of options within certain types of advertising, for example, OTT but I realize that they are working on that. We are communicating with each other more using this product. It allows me to get updates on my students that I otherwise might not get without having a face-to-face conversation. The reporting feature is pretty great in that I'm able to see the data for all of our individual moving parts at a glance. Being able to have everything living within one platform has great potential. I also like the different ways we can utilize Basis' targeting and the multiple ways we can upload custom lists for matching. Keeping in mind brand safety is also something that I don't think we considered, so that was also a neat feature that greatly improved our awareness of where things are ending up on the internet. While having all the data in one place has been beneficial, I almost always find discrepancies in numbers as I compare Basis' platform with direct reports pulled from various vendors, to the point where I just work from direct reports from vendors now. I also find the reporting on Basis' DSP performance to be really redundant, and would love a way to narrow down reports to only give me what metrics I need - otherwise I'm spending unnecessary time wading through a giant report. Also, love the bulk ad upload, but I'd definitely recommend making it easier to locate and easier to navigate. All in all, Basis could definitely be more user friendly - and user intuitive. With a little fine-tuning, it can definitely become a bonafide digital marketing tool for ad agencies and people of all types of industry. There are a few features I know other platforms offer that Basis doesn't which would be great. Scheduling ads would be nice and more of a mainstream way to optimize. There are other platforms that are more advanced with the things you can do than Basis but their customer service is really great so whenever we have questions or concerns about a campaign, we know someone will help ASAP.
