**What do you like best about BaseMailer?**

is its powerful automation capabilities combined with an intuitive workflow builder. It makes creating complex email sequences incredibly easy. Additionally, its advanced segmentation allows for precise audience targeting, which significantly improves open rates, while the clean analytics dashboard provides clear, actionable data to optimize campaign performance

**What do you dislike about BaseMailer?**

The user interface can sometimes feel a bit dated and slow when loading large contact lists. Also, while the basic reporting is good, I would like to see more advanced attribution features to track revenue directly within the platform. Lastly, the template library could use more modern and minimalist designs

**What problems is BaseMailer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BaseMailer solves the problem of manual and inefficient email marketing by automating customer journeys and workflows. It helps bridge the gap between high-volume sending and high deliverability, ensuring emails don't end up in spam. For me, it benefits my business by saving hours of manual work through its automated sequences and providing clear data analytics. This allows me to track campaign performance accurately and make data-driven decisions to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
