**What do you like best about RunSmart.?**

This is one of the best mission critical solution for data structure overall management. This had gelled well with our data structure platform for end to end and easy management. This is one of the simple solution

**What do you dislike about RunSmart.?**

The initial integration phase made us struggle more where we had to spend more than needed time to debug

This is one of the good and simple solutions for data center mgmt

**What problems is RunSmart. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our data center end to end control was smooth with RumSmart@BaseLayer and we achieved fast and flawless management of our data center flow. This had resulted in the increase of overall performance of our data center

**What do you like best about RunSmart.?**

This Runsmart Dcim tool is quite better in terms of screens and viewing space and can also be expected much more in coming future.It works very good with the BMS system and is a dynamic dcim tool for today.

**What do you dislike about RunSmart.?**

The functionality absence and dependency for an average user make it difficult to work, the primary issue is the change request only manage by the vendor which caused a delay because of the shortage in their team.

**What problems is RunSmart. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the run smart as a Dcim tool which used mainly for designing and constructing the required portfolio of the campus and building. It is an important aspect to start the project and have lot of importance as it will be dependant for further checkpoints of the plan to be built.

Uptime. We can have moat uotime rather in traditional data center.
