From my point of view, the real win is how quickly my team can adopt it. I dont have to spend time training people on basecamp. I can drop a customer into a project and they immediately understand how to collaborate. On the project side, i'm a planner. i naturally think in terms of work breakdown structures, so basecamp's project planning, templates and project maps make it easy for me to take a high level objective and translate it into a structured and trackable plan. I love the aesthetic of the UI and how easy it is to use. It's very easy to add projects and organize them. I like the different features like folders, projects, and being able to ping my teammates. Basecamp is honestly one of the most refreshing tools I’ve used. What I really like about it is how simple everything feels. I'm responsible for keeping multiple teams aligned, basecamp supports communication and collaboration across the entire organization. It make sit easy to keep reference materials, project documents and working files accessible to everyone involved reducing confusion and version control headaches.
