I have found that Basecamp is somewhat deficient in simple usage as someone who has used slacks in the media/communication field. I would really like Basecamp to include all assignments and to-do lists with a search option. I assume this makes locating a certain statement or task simpler. I would also like to enhance the template's design more so that templates for to-do lists can be generated and imported into a particular project rather than create a new project. In comparison, we have no issues, but it's a very pricey program.
