I like that compared to project management tools that organize by a calendar or by slack or by conversation you have an actual organized vertical stack of project board history and creative updates versus trying to track all comments by email or chat response. Or the dreaded notations from a superior without offering any reasons. Then the projects are all centrally located ina windows type layout on a desktop to view by title or chronologically. I disliked that we still really needed an IT stakeholder who would be used to JIRA or another application. Sometimes we would submit our project requests once finalized to JIRA and find out we need to perform some edits. This can be a waste of everyone's time, but so can involving IT in all creative aspects. I also disliked that anything personal p2p seemed odd to post in the board itself so you would almost leave questions outside because you dont know when a team member will see and respond.
