What do you like best about HEY?

Easy to use and increased my productivity. It significantly reduces email search time and is very useful for sharing with teammates. The UI is straightforward and likely the best in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HEY?

I would like the tool to unify several emails in one place. At this time, this is not possible, but it would help simplify and organize emails. Actually the tool is quite good and I don't have features that I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good looking email address, even better email inbox!"

What do you like best about HEY?

The main reason I started using Hey was because having a hey.com email address really appealed to me - nice to be different from the crowds on gmail, icloud etc. etc. Then after I signed up, I found it's also a great platform, with a beautiful UI! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HEY?

Nothing comes to mind really! I reserve giving out my hey.com email address to too many people so I'm still across multiple platforms and it's always pleasant to log-in or use the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HEY?

The way you organize and group your emails is excellent. It allows you to make internal comments between colleagues about sent or received emails. Information presentation is clear and useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HEY?

I understand that it is a tool that does not allow access to emails from other companies. It should enable a much more transparent migration from other service providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HEY?

The way you organize your conversations is really helpful. It is much simpler to see the emails organized like this.

It's also great to be able to send large files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HEY?

I would like it to allow you to manage emails from other companies such as gmail. The tool is very good but it would be much easier to migrate to Hey, many companies already have corporate emails with years of history and it is not so easy to change providers. What do you like best about HEY?

Every time there is a new sender you get asked if you want to allow (screen in) or reject (screen out) further emails from that sender Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HEY?

I believe there could have been more pricing options (eg monthly quarterly etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HEY solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me a lot of time as it doesn't spam me with senders I don't want to receive emails from and it allows me to have all the bill mails sent to a second inbox (called paper trail) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
